TT/iRFP cells are derived from the human medullary thyroid carcinoma TT cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 expression construct. TT cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. TT/iRFP cells express miRFP670 under the control of the CMV promoter, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
