Selecting the promoter with the highest activity in your cells is important to get maximum level of your target gene expression, and maybel for the best results of gene functional studies, imaging and drug screening. FenicsBIO provides a comprehensive collection of different promoter-driven reporter lentiviruses. Our promoter collection includes commonly used seven ubiquitous promoters CMV, EF1a, CAG, UBC, SV40, MSCV and PGK promoters, and tissue specific promoters. Choices of GFP, RFP and firefly luciferase reporters are available. These promoter-driven reporter lentiviruses are purified and functional titrated, ready-to-use for transducing almost all types of mammalian cells. Besides providing as individual vials, the ubiquitous promoter-driven reporter lentiviruses are also available on Promoter selection plates, which contains all of the seven commonly used promoters.
