Lentiviral vectors are powerful tools for delivering target DNA to mammalian cells, including dividing and non-dividing cells, primary cells and hard-to-transfect cells. Producing high titer, high purity lentiviral particles is challenging. With more than ten years’ experience of lentivirus production, we developed optimized lentivirus production procedure and strict quality control system for consistently producing lentiviruses with high titer and purity.
