iPS reprogramming lentivirus

Individual or set of factors for iPS reprogramming

Overview

Reprogramming somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) provides a renewable source for studying cell differentiation and cell therapy. Several transcription factors including Oct-3/4, Sox2, Klf4, Myc family (c-myc, L-myc, and N-myc), Nanog, and LIN28, as well as micoRNA miR-302 have been used to induce iPSCs. We provide premade, ready-to-use lentiviruses expressing these transcription factors under different promoters individually or as a set. To monitor iPSCs reprogramming, we provide pluripotency reporter lentiviruses including Oct4-GFP reporter lentivirus and Oct4-RFP reporter lentivirus

The features of our premade lentiviruses include:

  • High functional titer of 1x10^8 TU/ml: Functionally titrated on mammalian cells
  • Purity high enough for both in vitro and in vivo use
  • Serum-free: Great for serum sensitive applications
  • Stored in LentiShieldTM lentivirus storage buffer to prevent titer loss during freeze-thaw cycles and temperature fluctuation
  • Ready-to-use, provided with polybrene for transduction
