Overview

Using binary GAL4/UAS system, FenicsBIO provids a powerful tool for expressing shRNA in tissue-specific manner in vivo. Simply select your shRNA lentivirus from our genome-wide UAS-shRNA lentivirus collection and use it together with tissue-specific promoters driven Gal4 to study your gene function in specific tissues in vivo. For the convenience of your gene knockdown verification, we included unique designed RT-PCR primers for verification of your gene knockdown. Our unique design program ensures the RT-PCR primers are specific for the target gene.

Guarantee

With a set of three shRNAs, FenicsBIO guarantees at least one will knockdown gene expression by 70% when validating with the real-time PCR primers provided. Optimal promoter for Gal4 expression has to be determined.
