Lentivirus packaging system

Overview

Lentivirus packaging requires to transfect three components into the packaging cells: 1. Lentiviral transfer plasmid containing your insert of interest; 2. Packaging plasmid(s) expressing all necessary viral structure proteins; 3. Envelope plasmid. FenicsBIO’s lentivirus packaging systems provide an optimal mix of packaging plasmid(s) and envelope plasmid, along with HT-FectTM transfection reagent, ready-to-use for packaging your lentiviral transfer plasmid.
