SW620/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon adenocarcinoma SW620 cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. The SW620 cell line was derived from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colorectal adenocarcinoma. The SW620 cell line is known for its ability to mimic aspects of human colorectal cancer, including metastasis and response to certain therapies, making it a valuable model in the study of cancer biology and drug development. SW620/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
