SW620/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human colon adenocarcinoma SW620 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The SW620 cell line was derived from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colorectal adenocarcinoma. The SW620 cell line is known for its ability to mimic aspects of human colorectal cancer, including metastasis and response to certain therapies, making it a valuable model in the study of cancer biology and drug development. SW620/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
