SV40 T antigen has been widely used in immortalization of primary cells. The mechanism of SV40 T antigen in cell immortalization is well studied. This lentivirus expresses both SV40 small T and large T antigens under the control of the CMV promoter, with hygromycin as a selection marker, ready for use in cell immortalization studies.
