set of lentivirus (LIN28A, NANOG, SOX2, OCT3/4, KLF4 and C-MYC(TET-inducible, Puro))
Catalog number
LV-1318
Description
Induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells can be obtained by reprogramming somatic cells through expression of key transcription factors. This set of lentivirus contains six genes commonly used for iPS cell generation: LIN28A (Cat. LV-1283), NANOG (Cat. LV-1281), SOX2 (Cat. LV-1267), OCT3/4 (Cat. LV-1265), KLF4 (Cat. LV-1263) and C-MYC (Cat. LV-1261). All of these six genes are driven by the Tet responsive promoter with puromycin as a selection marker. This highly purified lentivirus set is ready-to-use for iPS cell generation.
