Description
RS4;11/Cre cells are derived from the human RS4;11 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase expression construct. RS4;11 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. RS4;11/Cre cells express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase under the control of a CMV promoter.
