RAR-related orphan receptor B (RORB) is a member of the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. Rorb has been shown to be involved in the differentiation of rod photoreceptor cells, Amacrine and horizontal interneurons and associated with bipolar disorder. RORB lentivirus (TET-inducible, Puro) expresses mouse RORB under the control of the Tet responsive promoter, with puromycin as a selection marker.
