RFP lentivirus (UBC, Puro) Description RFP lentivirus has been widely used to manipulate cell transduction protocol, as well as in vitro/in vivo imaging. This RFP lentivirus contains UBC promoter driven RFP expression, and PGK promoter driven puromycin as a selection marker. The transduced cells can be selected by puromycin.
