Although ubiquitous promoters are active in a wide range of cells, the strongness of each promoter varies a lot in different cell types. Using the strongest promoter in your cells will increase the target sequence expression levels, which may be critical for the success of the experiments. To accelerate your research works, FenicsBIO provides premade lentiviruses with ubiquitous promoter driven reporter gene expression. Choices of seven promoters including CMV, EF1a, CAG, UBC, PGK, SV40, MSCV and three reporters (GFP, RFP and firefly luciferase). The premade lentiviruses are provided as individual vials or promoter selection plates.
