Overview

Tet-inducible system is widely used to induce gene expression at certain time. Using binary rtTA or tTA/Tet inducible systems, FenicsBIO provides a powerful tool for expressing cDNA in a spatiotemporal manner. Select the tet inducible cDNA and use together with rtTA or tTA driven by the promoter that is active in your cells. If you are not sure which promoter works well for your cells, our Promoter selection plates provide a simple way to test seven common used promoters (CMV, EF1a, CAG, UBC, PGK, SV40 and MSCV) in one 96 well plate.
