Overview

Visualizing and monitoring biological process and disease progression in vivo provides great insight into understanding developmental/pathological mechanisms and evaluating drug efficacy. FenicsBIO provides wide selection of in vivo imaging products including GFP, RFP, iRFP (near-infrared fluorescent protein) or/and luciferase expressing lentiviruses and stable cell lines.

Our in vivo imaging lentiviruses and cell lines include control lentiviruses and cell lines in which fluorescence and luciferase marker expressions are driven by constitutive promoters, such as CMV, EF1a, CAG, UBC. These products are especially useful for monitoring cancer cell growth and metastasis in vivo. They can also be used as positive controls for studying signaling pathways.

Our signaling pathway reporter lentiviruses and cell lines express GFP, RFP or/and firefly luciferase under the control of specific signaling pathway responsive elements, allowing monitoring signaling pathway response to external stimuli, screening and understanding of the mechanism of therapeutic drugs.
