Overview
Fenicsbio’s Lenti-HTTM promoter selection plate (RFP) provides a simple one step selection to determine which of the seven ubiquitous promoters (CMV, EF1a, CAG, UBC, PGK, SV40, MSCV) has the highest activity in your cells.
Features:
- High efficiency: Test seven common used promoters in a single run.
- Simple procedure: Inoculate the cells and read RFP signal.
- Broad spectrum: Transduce almost all types of mammalian cells.
The promoter selection plate is provided in a 96 well plate. The first row contains medium alone as a negative control. Each of the other seven row of wells contains duplicate of six series dilutions of specific promoter driven TurboRFP lentiviral particles.
Plate format:
With the high transduction efficiency of lentivirus, the Lenti-HTTM promoter selection plate (RFP) is suitable for selection of promoters in almost all types of cells, including primary cells, stem cells and hard-to-transfect cells. Just plate your cells onto the plate, then read RFP fluorescent signal using fluorescent microscope or plate reader to decide which promoter to use for your target sequence.
