Stable cell lines are valuable tools for biomedical research such as imaging, signal transduction studies, assay development and drug discovery. Using our premade lentiviruses, we generated stable cell lines constitutively expressing fluorescent (GFP, RFP, iRFP) or/and luciferase (firefly luciferase) for in vitro and in vivo imaging, and signaling pathway reporter cell lines expressing a reporter gene (GFP or firefly luciferase) under the control of response elements specific for a signaling pathway.
