Delivering exogenous nucleic acid into mammalian cells is a critical step for studying gene function, establishing stable cell lines, protein production, and drug screening. Our polymer-based HT-Fect^TM transfection reagent exhibits robust efficient transfection in a wide variety of cell types, including hard-to-transfected T cells and neuronal cells.  HT-Fect^TM transfection reagent has been used to produce our lentiviruses and retroviruses with consistent high titers. It also gives consistent high level of large-scale protein production in 293 cells.

If you are working with HepG2 cells, HepG2-Fect^TM transfection reagent is an ideal transfection reagents. Comparing to other transfection reagents tested, it showed the highest transfection efficiency in HepG2 cells.
