Overview

Lentivirus is a powerful tool for delivering DNA into mammalian cells. It can transduce both dividing and non-dividing cells, making it a great choice for delivering DNA into hard-to-transfect cells and primary cells. Lentiviral vectors can integrate into the host genome, allowing long-term stable and high-level gene expression both in vitro and in vivo. 

Production of high purity, high titer lentivirus is challenging. FenicsBIO has developed a series of products optimized for every critical step of lentivirus production, allowing consistent high titer lentivirus production.
