Panc 10.05/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
