Panc 10.05/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study pancreatic cancer biology, treatment responses, and drug development. Panc 10.05/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
