Panc 10.05/Cre cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
