PANC-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
Catalog number
CL-1472
Description
PANC-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma PANC-1 cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. PANC-1 cell line has been widely used to investigate signaling pathways and gene expression related to pancreatic cancer, study interactions between cancer cells and surrounding stromal cells, and assess the efficacy of chemotherapy and targeted therapies. PANC-1 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGFβ/SMAD signaling pathway.
