PANC-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma PANC-1 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. PANC-1 cell line has been widely used to investigate signaling pathways and gene expression related to pancreatic cancer, study interactions between cancer cells and surrounding stromal cells, and assess the efficacy of chemotherapy and targeted therapies. PANC-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
