PA-1/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human ovarian teratocarcinoma cell line PA-1 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. PA-1 cells have been used to explore various aspects of cancer therapeutics, gene expression, and cellular responses to treatments. They can differentiate into various cell types, making them a valuable model for studying early development and the processes underlying tumorigenesis. PA-1/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
