NK-92MI/RFP cells are derived from the human natural killer cell line NK-92MI by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. NK-92MI cells have been widely used in immunological research, particularly in studies related to cancer immunotherapy. NK-92MI/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
