NK-92MI/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human natural killer cell line NK-92MI by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. NK-92MI cells have been widely used in immunological research, particularly in studies related to cancer immunotherapy. NK-92MI/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
