NF-kB-SEAP reporter (Puro) Description This NF-kB reporter lentivirus expresses secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) under the control of a minimal (m)CMV promoter and tandem repeats of the NF-kB transcriptional response element (TRE). It can be used to monitor the transcriptional activity of NF-kB. Transduced cells can be selected by puromycin.
