Description

NCI-H929/GFP cells are derived from the human B lymphocyte NCI-H929 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP expression construct. NCI-H929 cells express B cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-a novel treatment target for multiple myeloma (MM), and have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. NCI-H929/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
