NCI-H292/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human NCI-H292 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. NCI-H292 cell line has been used for investigating cellular responses to different treatments, studying the mechanisms of cancer progression, and testing potential therapeutic agents. NCI-H292/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
