NCI-H292/GFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human NCI-H292 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. NCI-H292 cell line has been used for investigating cellular responses to different treatments, studying the mechanisms of cancer progression, and testing potential therapeutic agents.  NCI-H292/GFP-luciferase cells stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
