NAMALWA/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human B lymphocyte cell line NAMALWA by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. NAMALWA cell line was derived from a patient with Burkitt's lymphoma. It is commonly used in studies related to cancer biology, immunology, and virology. NAMALWA/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
