NAMALWA/Cre cells are derived from the human B lymphocyte cell line NAMALWA by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. NAMALWA cell line was derived from a patient with Burkitt's lymphoma. It is commonly used in studies related to cancer biology, immunology, and virology. NAMALWA/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
