NALM6/GFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human precursor B cell lymphoblast cell line NALM6 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. NALM6 cells stably express CD19, are ideal for testing CAR T cell or other immunotherapies.  NALM6/GFP-Luciferse cells stably stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
