NALM-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human lymphoblast NALM-1 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. The NALM-1 cell line is one of five BCR-ABL1 positive cell lines that are resistant to imatinib-induced apoptosis. NALM-1 cell line is widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focusing on leukemia and the mechanisms of drug resistance. NALM-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
