NALM-1/Luciferase cells are derived from the human lymphoblast NALM-1 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The NALM-1 cell line is one of five BCR-ABL1 positive cell lines that are resistant to imatinib-induced apoptosis. NALM-1 cell line is widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focusing on leukemia and the mechanisms of drug resistance. NALM-1/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
