Mino/Cre cells are derived from the human mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) Mino cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. Mino cell line is a valuable model to study mantle cell lymphoma cancer biology and to test new drugs and therapeutic approaches for treating mantle cell lymphoma. Mino/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
