MIA PaCa-2/iRFP cells are derived from the human pancreas carcinoma MIA PaCa-2 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. MIA PaCa-2 cells are widely used to study pancreatic cancer biology and to evaluate the effectiveness of new drugs and targeted therapies for treating pancreatic cancer. MIA PaCa-2/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
