LTPA/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
