LTPA/Cre cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Cre recombinase stably expression construct. LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/Cre cells stably express a nuclear localized Cre recombinase.
