Overview
Lentiviral miR-shRNA cloning vector (UAS, Puro) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with upstream activation sequence (UAS) to drive your miR-shRNA expression and PGK promoter to drive selection marker puromycin. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation packaging systems.
Clone your miR-shRNA into the Lentiviral miR-shRNA cloning vector (UAS, Puro), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus Packaging System into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by puromycin to generate stable cell lines.
