Overview
Lentiviral GFP-miR-shRNA cloning vector (tet, Puro) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with tetracycline-responsive promoter element (TRE) to drive GFP and miR-shRNA coexpression and PGK promoter to drive selection marker puromycin expression. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation packaging systems.
Clone your miR-shRNA into the Lentiviral GFP-miR-shRNA cloning vector (tet, Puro), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus Packaging System into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by puromycin to generate stable cell lines.
