Overview
Lentiviral Cloning Vector (CMV,Hyg) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with CMV promoter to drive your target gene expression and PGK promoter to drive selection marker hygromycin. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation lentivirus packaging systems.
Clone your gene of interest into the Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus packaging system into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells, to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by hygromycin to generate stable cell lines.
