Lenti-HT^TM Rabies pseudotyped lentivirus packaging system is optimized for packaging Rabies pseudotyped lentiviruses. Rabies virus envelope glycoprotein has been used to target lentiviral vectors to the axonal retrograde pathway in motor neurons. Rabies pseudotyped lentiviral vectors have great potential in gene therapy.
