LentiShield^TM lentivirus storage buffer is a new product developed by FenicsBIO for preserving functional lentivirus titers during freeze-thaw cycles. Lentivirus titer may drop 30% with just one freeze-thaw cycle in PBS or cell culture medium. By adding LentiShield^TM lentivirus storage buffer to the lentiviral supernatant or concentrated lentivirus, the functional lentivirus titers are preserved at least 90% after six freeze-thaw cycles.
