KU-812/Luciferase cells are derived from the basophilic leukaemia cell line KU-812 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KU-812 cell line is widley used in immunological studies, cancer research and drug development. KU-812/Luciferase cells stably stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
