KLN205/Luciferase cells are derived from the murine lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line KLN205 by stably integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KLN205 cell line is a well established model for cancer research, particularly for studying lung cancer mechanisms and potential therapies.  KLN205/Luciferase cells stably stably express firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
