KLN205/GFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the the murine lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line KLN205 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KLN205 cell line is a well established model for cancer research, particularly for studying lung cancer mechanisms and potential therapies.  KLN205/GFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express GFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
