KATO III/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from human gastric cancer cell line KATO III by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. KATO III cells are valuable for studying gastric cancer biology, including the mechanisms of tumor growth, metastasis, and response to therapies.  KATO III/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
